the organization of spa business was not at the level of five stars

we were upgraded because the spa bath in our room wasn't working.

spa was being renovated, but they gave us free passes to the hot springs in town

but, we are offered to access using the harrison hot spring resort and spa instead

the taps on the spa tub and one

and the pool and spa is a bonus

comfortable beds & large rooms. sizeable pool, good spa tub and sauna

kitchen staff is clearly not professionally trained

we were traveling pulling our boat, with expensive gear inside, we asked about secure parking, they parked us

my neighbour was yelling at her kids till 12:00am:(

pool was way to cold...i was expecting a hot tub and spa which there was neither.

the room was super clean. nice looking pool although i didn t go in.

wish the pool could have been open for the kids

the hotel is pet friendly
