we love the pool and spa and appreciate the shuttle to airport.

check in promised early check in time as requested at time reservation was made but front desk was not impressed

as well as getting in and out of the parking lot, breakfast asking for

continental breakfast would be amazing, even if it was coffee and bagels only :)

also the spa controls were a little confusing, and the start control knob was hard to activate

we were informed by kitchen staff that nobody there to assist us

perfect location and i loved the breakfast at the table where all the visitors got to meet in the morning for

the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious

breakfast & morning visits with other guests was great!

spa was out of order

at the pool multiple times with my children by unattended rowdy kids, no pool towels, cleanliness, unsafe acts

site laundry was available

there is a pool and a gym as well but i did not use it

breakfast buffet was excellent
