friendly, location (15 mins walk from terminal) and situated well, food great, spa good, pool lovely and happy

to use especially in the winter as the pool is closed and a steam room so that you could have a spa weekend

also didn t run through any of the amenities to offer like the spa or where to sit outside on the deck etc

in the basement is a very well equipped gym, which we used a few times in our 4 night stay

kids screaming in the next room may as well have been in our

the breakfast was pretty good and the spa was amazing. the restuarants were good as well.

pools, spa is incredible, gym is spacious, beach access, an amazing japanese peruvian concept called teyo

to soft opening spa and beach club not fully available but this does not diminish the extraordinary

it's a unique place, beautifully located, with gorgeous outside spaces, ideal also for the kids to run around

parking at the hotel was available but a bit of a challenge at times

went to the bar 3 hours too early, but still got our drinks with a smile

the spa is one of the best we have used and the therapist are experienced and knowledgeable beyond

the spa pool is always free in every other hotel we ve been , and was not payable 2 years ago when we

spent a couple of hours at the spa which was also a dream

have lots of faults that took too long to fix staff sometimes poorly trained and coordinated spa very disappointing

and you must the saffron thai restaurant there and full experience at the spa you won't regret it

the spa was a very nice experience, cause the service was great, comfortable, and relaxing

the prices at the spa were too high for the surroundings

very bad,we ordered breakfast at the room service and every time items were missing so staff not qualified,

only down fall that there wasn't a kids club which was abit sad for the kids also room service is very slow have
