indoor spa expensive for what it offers

safe out, wifi advertised as all over hotel but non existent in our room and around the pool, spa excessively

one evening i was completely ignored by staff for a long time and then a spanish man walked up and got served

i found the spa treatments on the expensive side of things but is there if one wanted to use it

extra pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great we did not attend spa or gym but

t like the towel policy of having to go down to the spa to pick up/trade or return towels

the room was spacious, bright and spotless, with a great sea view

our short stay were overwhelmed how attentive all of the hotel staff were especially in the bar and dining room

room service came with the wrong order and never returned with the correct items we ordered

wifi did not work at all in my room amd only worked intermittently in common areas

great location, value for money, kind staff and great wifi.
