wifi was either not working or very slow rooms are outdated and need some work

wifi in reception but my tip is to buy a guatemala sim (called a chip here) from tigo who have

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

pool and lake view

the spa is also excellent- the chocolate massage was one of the best massages i have had

the spa was nice but the massage was not professional rmt just a relaxing massage

we enjoyed swimming in the lake and in the beautiful pool

great food and cocktails, amazing lake for swimming of kayaking, swimming pool at night, great villas in the

given our spanish was very poor - the food at the hotel is really good, nice touch preparing the breakfast boxes

but this was not really an issue because they let us use the spa pool instead for free, plus there is the hot

only thing i did not like were the prices of services at the spa and laundry

oh and the spa was wonderful as well, loved the steam and dry sauna and massage

my massage at the spa was just ok

plus, the spa pool is amazing

if you are leaving early to go to tikal, they pack small breakfast boxes to go

nice staff, clean beautiful large pool

the swimming pool was great after a nice walk at the lake at dawn

breakfast buffet on sunday was very nice

warm pool to swim in and good enough hot tub
