there is a wonderful restaurant, bar and spa on site

need more than one fireplace or put a couple of firepits out in the court yard so more guests get to sit by

parking was abit of a challenge w the streets closed due to car show

we liked the furnishings in the room and bathroom there was a texas shaped pool near our room

that we could not use the pool

the spa is supposed to be incredible but i didn t have time to check it out

the spa service was excellent

t like that we didn t know that since we had purchased a massage that we had full access to the spa for the

the spa is always amazing, staff is great and drinks on the patio while the sunsets.

oh and the spa is a must do

i love pet friendly hotels and dogs but a very loud dog barked all morning and wouldn t stop for a solid

was clean, the staff was super friendly, and even though the breakfast is different due to covid but it was

got called about complaint that my pet was barking when we left the hotel

were told at check in, that there would be no room service at all, that was disappointing to say the least

i think $75 pet fee is ridiculous.

they have a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove and they provide cookware, silverware and full coach,

my kids felt really itchy while they were sleeping

swimming pool was nice for the kids

the pool and spa area was outstanding

when we made the booking, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for the spa 2 weeks in advance

spa was awesome, 18 oaks brunch was amazing. adult pool was nice.

very vast space and comfortable to walk on lantana spa was very nice with great

lol, the waterpark and pool for all of my kids, there was a place where i could have a massage/spa day which i

time the ac was not working in the room i was with my kids and we couldn t sleep well, i called the first desk

shuttle to airport.

the bed was comfy, had nice tv and pool view

we went to the bar for a night cap but the restaurant had a drainage/sewer smell and we elected to go back to

cleanliness and the kids enjoyed the pool

big room, swimming pool was fully open (big plus since a lot are closed, or are limited because of covid), hot

the boys loved the elevator ride and the pool is open later than most hotels

the bar and grill at night had excellent food and a reception 5:30 to 7 with drinks and snacks that was

like to have little weekend get aways with our kids and this hotel is by far the kids favorite
