wifi is weak (really weak everywhere), even in the rooms and outside at the pool too -for this issue, we got

nice resort by the beach in sal. nice pools and beach bars and nice facilities for kids

animation n music not really geared to english like other nationalities too noisy around main pool animation

wifi was not good , we couldn t get reservations for the restaurants

of play areas for kids, although the pools were a little chilly , but okish with some short wetsuits, long time

traveled with 2 little kids and they really enjoyed the kids activities, playground and the kids pool

we waited for the laundry service to take our dirty clothes for 2,5 days after we ordered the service

the beach is not that close if you want to walk there with kids

the kids pool provides a safe place for toddlers to play

spa was a highlight and restaurants in nearby santa maria were nice

massage in spa excellent

we had booked a deluxe swim up level room which entitled us to our own lounge with snacks and a bar with all

adults only.

there are two pools and we never struggled to get a sun bed

to dinner, no animation, harassment from minute 1 from a guy that try to sell tour and the spa package

lunch and dinners at the buffet restaurant could have had more variety and a few more options for kids

we had cockroaches running around the room, but i guess there's not much they can do about that) pool - like

there was a rich variety of wonderful dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner; lots of very delicious food to

it s be good if the wifi also reaches the hotel beach.

sometimes there wasnt any place on the sunbeds in the pools

the gardens are well landscaped and the rooms spacious

the spa area is very small

everything is perfect and the spa is fabulous

the hotel have a spa witch i tried and recommend

i did not know that spa was only for adults, so my daughter (6) was a bit dissapointed

gym too small, and restricted opening hours.
