the pool and spa wasn't working

great area excellent service pool spa great

pool area was

every person connected to the hotel went above and beyond, especially the shuttle drivers and breakfast staff

the wifi was terrible and there was no hot tub like site listed on the website

the pool and spa was clean and relaxing. breakfast was good. the room was great!

spa was out of order. i came to get in the spa.

gym was sufficient as well

the complimentary drink and snack bar was a nice addition to our trip and the space was exactly as described

breakfast & evening reception were great nice pool and good hotel in general fast service

coffee was amazing the bed in the room was really soft and the room was semi-soundproof and very spacious the

pool and hot tub were great, as was the breakfast

asked if i could do a late check out

there were kids running the halls but thats not your fault

we woult have to climb over it to get from restroom to kitchen area

the kids where frustrated because there was no tv

traveled with 3 kids under 12, the only thing missing that could be a slight upgrade is a maybe a small kids

i told them that it was my birthday and upon checking i was allowed to pick two snacks for my kids

desk staff and shuttle service was fantastic!!

the continental breakfast was good and i was thankful they had yogurt options available

didn't like the fact that everything was shut down; the bar, the pool, the restaurant, no room service, no cups

restaurant was almost never open and no room service

lobby with bar very nice feature

nice staff . nice room and good bar. i used the gym everyday which was clean and functional

the free parking lot was big and safe

shuttle driver & ride was great

but what i loved most was the breakfast

breakfast is too short...! but surprisingly a good breakfast spread.

the breakfast is served in another sort of building attached next to the main hotel entrance

wifi does not work hotel is infested with roaches
