we love the pool and spa and appreciate the shuttle to airport.

check in promised early check in time as requested at time reservation was made but front desk was not impressed

as well as getting in and out of the parking lot, breakfast asking for

continental breakfast would be amazing, even if it was coffee and bagels only :)

spa was out of order

at the pool multiple times with my children by unattended rowdy kids, no pool towels, cleanliness, unsafe acts

they offered a good breakfast as well

room was above the laundry room and the washer machine was not balanced correctly, so we heard the banging while

we had three kids and we re on the top floor having to walk up 2 flights of steps with a 5 and 3 year old
