i would call it more like a spa without the bubbles

the pool was room temperature which meant it was cold all the time

we liked the gym and spa facilities, they were well maintained, maybe because normal people don't do exercises

beach, pool -away from the hustle and bustle of the city -awesome view from room -great spa - tranquil and

we visited the spa for massages

like that everything is close so did not have to waste time moving from the beach to the pool to the restaurants

the service was also outstanding (room service, restaurant, kitchen)

moreover, the dances were nice and they did good integrating family and kids in their kids show

at the town center when i get there with my bags i had to walk all the way to the resort with kids bags in order

to have cleaner rooms,have internet access in rooms,ran out of towels,casino was closed due to renewed,food was

-no wifi in the rooms

there was no casino on or nearby the property and it costs a lot to hire transportation.

spa was disappointing even though massage was great

room, food, staff and services were exceptional. golf course. spa and gym.

the spa facility was good and the therapist, rozalina was amazing, thank you

back to marriott buenaventura for a week end - really good spa and swimming pool, nice environment in the resort

spa is a bit overprice and restaurant and hotel services cold be better/faster

the main pool was in construction and we were informed by the time we arrived.
