i would call it more like a spa without the bubbles

wonderful garden with small but cosy swimming pool

very friendly staff and the best thing is, it's pet friendly with an extra charge though

wifi was down for almost two days during our stay

breakfast was very tasty. the front end staff was very friendly.

the pool is not heated and pool deck is limited for relaxing by the pool.

the breakfast is included and everything was delicious

pool was cool but then the weather wasn't very warm so that is to be expected

the pool was room temperature which meant it was cold all the time

moreover, the dances were nice and they did good integrating family and kids in their kids show

got placed in the wrong building and only got offered replacement at 9 pm with kids already asleep

major wifi issues which is totally unacceptable for such high rates

room service bad, called the lobby several times, and nobody answer

moldy , some times you got water or towels and some times you did not , the sink was plugged , wifi was never

we liked the gym and spa facilities, they were well maintained, maybe because normal people don't do exercises

we visited the spa for massages

beach, pool -away from the hustle and bustle of the city -awesome view from room -great spa - tranquil and

too many shallow pools for kids, amd not that many spaces for adults (pool wise)
