only thing i did not like were the prices of services at the spa and laundry

my massage at the spa was just ok

but this was not really an issue because they let us use the spa pool instead for free, plus there is the hot

oh and the spa was wonderful as well, loved the steam and dry sauna and massage

we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

the pool is too small

staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing

wifi was either not working or very slow rooms are outdated and need some work

the wifi signal was terrible in room 42 - you had to stand by the door to get any signal

the spa is also excellent- the chocolate massage was one of the best massages i have had

the spa was nice but the massage was not professional rmt just a relaxing massage

we enjoyed swimming in the lake and in the beautiful pool

lovely facilities and pool, friendly and helpful staff and extremely relaxing

had a great time in the pool and in the lake using the water sport equipment
