spa / pool area needs more of a covered walkway from courtyard

my daughter and i had expert treatments at the spa with catriona and haley

the room was very spacious, comfortable and relaxing

wifi signal was poor in our room & also in the bar.

we used the pool, steam room, jacuzzi and gym and they were excellent

spa was ok, jacuzzi is still ooo and i would love to be announced (making appointment in advance)

all the spa services were booked out for the month and it would of been nice to be notified in advance to

the bay cruise,great place will be back, about 30 min's by car to bundoran beach and fun fair for kids

poor service - ordered room service that did not arrive

bath spa jets were dirty

disappointed that the spa was closed - should have informed of scheduled maintenance works
