the surfside spa was so wonderful

pools were freezing even kids couldn t get in

the one spa was closed, also needs more hot tubs, adults only

internet connection was extremely poor even when connected to wifi

my kids wanted to play in the water and you cant watch them because of the umbrellas, which i think is

i liked the different pools for my kids and the game roon

stayed in a room in the spa tower which was very nice but probably an older part of the hotel

the room was clean. it was quite. the staff was excellent! the best spa day ever!

easy access to the beach, plenty of restaurant options on the property, beautiful full service spa and indoor

the gym is decent, and the beach service is excellent you can order food and drinks, and they arrive

high price without breakfast/free parking and many elevators that make confusion.

$20 parking fee turned into $45 fee

a flyer with covid guielines for the resort at check in, one of which stated only 4 people at the spa at a time

all over the property and you could openly smoke anywhere outside except in the pool area or spa area
