small pool, basically only for the slide, but still great.

there is some kind of bar and a starbucks downstairs

amenities like wifi sucks, not reliable for having a work related conference call.

clean and kids friendly

impatient kids definitely made it worse haha but that s actually the only thing that wasn t perfect

very pet friendly since i have 2 service kitties, the staff adored

lobby and swimming pool area

the only thing i had a problem with was the wifi, i didn't get it or see it.

pool was extremely clean, perfect for kids. rooms were clean and the wifi was great

the spa is gorgeous and well kept

and the pool/spa were incredible as well

bathrooms are huge and include spa products

just do not expect a big spa area

also, we had a birthday and we want it to open a bottle of champagne we brought with us and the bar upstairs

rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable

both jets in spa and sauna not working.

with kids, you will like this place, but if you dont have kids, hope you like them because the spa zone gets

a spa or access to spa services would be a plus.

location and gym/spa area is very nice and clean we have stayed at this hotel several times

extras like spa hot tub and roof terrace friendly helpful

hallway noise was definitely noticeable too as it's pet-friendly (which i love)

good hotel in handy location. good facilities in hotel including rooftop area, gym and laundry.

food at room service was fine, not great

kids hockey team for a mooseheads game, will be back

the sink, bath and flooring should be replaced into a more spa feel

pool was great for my grand kids bed

restaurant is great and access to the gym was good to

hottub n pool

washing machine was broken and there was no laundry service

comfort of the bed and the pool. complimentary breakfast was great too.

also parking lot was a bit tight especially if parked in row closest to doors, we hit the stone

wifi was very poor could only connect if you where by the hotel room door and still didn t stay

restaurant and bar on site.

wifi connection and the manager did not follow up when our call to it was unanswered
