i wish i had more time and energy to get into the spa services as i like to excercise at the gym

spa area & pool & gym excellent

hotvtub and pool was nice. rooms were clean. didn't have time for the water park.

water park not having towels the kids were freezing shaking crying because there was no clean

free coffee, had to buy the water bottles in the room, wifi difficult to log in and you would have to pay for

the hot breakfast did not disappoint, great variety of food options, area was kept clean & well stocked

the breakfast bar was also exceptional

breakfast, could be better. at least add milk, for kids it is necessary.

pool was warm and comfy

excellent shuttle service to airport, saltwater pool, great room.

are very professional and answered all our questions, room perfect only disappointment was the bar was closed

the pool was smaller than what i thought, and there was no staff at the bar in the afternoon.

really enjoyed our stay especially the kids because they have an indoor pool

so quite noisy with constant airplanes flying low overhead - if you charge $111+ for bringing a pet then a)

adult daughter and i got away for a 'staycation' to take advantage of the spa and it was absolutely wonderful

spa was excellent

and then there was the spa

staff went way above and beyond to accommodate both an early check in and a late check out

the gym facility is great too
