advertised indoor pool and spa with beautiful pictures, but has been permanently closed a while

breakfast was really good and a decent variety, pool was clean and kids had a good time

from all high priced vending machines, plus expensive, coin operated, way filthy and outdated laundry facility

the shady people floating around in the parking lot, but they didn't bother

people sleeping in cars in parking lot

lack of in room fridge, dining options, on-site fitness facility/pool, shuttle etc

the hotel advertises free wifi and is going through a

wifi not working

wifi is fine

no pool or fitness center. tv was small

just found out that the spa is always booked so, i'll have to plan ahead next time but, there wasn't anything

the staff at the spa were also very attentive and helpful

the spa was closed

we enjoyed our comfy room and the spa and workout area

design of the room with kitchenette placement of tvs and size of bathroom and closer

beer & wine in lobby, the gym has all you need, the bedding is amazing and i loved having kitchenette in room

i like that they allow pets in the bed were really comfortable

hotel had a 3pm check in, we called at 1030am requesting early check in

the kids had a blast however the pool was too cold for me to get into in the hot tub was not hot enough

the room service did not clean my room after 2 requests.

running and yelling for 5 in the morning wasn't accommodated couldn't get but extra 30 mins late check out even

the snack bar had a lot of options, bed super comfortable, we didn t tried the restaurant since it was

we weren't able to use the pool area because of how many kids were there which was unfortunate because we had

the spa only had 2 jet s that worked

i was beside a room that kids played in the hall way screaming at 6am in the morning

my sandwich at the bar was excellent and service was very kind
