nothing works, the laundry room machines don't work, most times the key card will not work

was not stocked with the items that were indicated as provided for the kitchen

my son and husband loved and took advantage of the gym facility everyday we were there

no utensils in mini kitchen

that there's a pandemic going on; but, if they can offer breakfast, they should be able to offer room service

i appreciate embassy suites pet friendly policy, i was disappointed to learn they do not use a system where

the wifi only worked in the couch part of the room. not in the bedroom

we were across from the laundry/housekeeping room

was a little disappointed in the surprise pet fee of $25

very easy to access the hotel and plenty of parking

places where the food, bar, pool, spa were to far from most rooms

the elevator was broken (we were on the 4th floor), the spa was broken, and the buildings were falling apart

nothing. perfect location. it s clean and has a nice bar and restaurant.

eventually walked through the laundry area to find someone to assist

cleanliness in the pool/spa area was @ an all time low

also, there were a lot of kids in the pool that we re not being supervised and there was no lifeguard on

just perfect to fit family with two small kids

we were very impressed to find the hotel provided a shuttle ride to nearby restaurants

there was no info in the room or provided by staff on amenities like wifi/room service

breakfast bartender/server in the in house dining was the worst i've seen in many years

we ended up ordering room service and the food was ok, but the menu was really limited

the staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved that it was pet friendly

it s a pet friendly hotel, a waste basket outside would be great (for you know what)

tried to order room service but they were so busy i never was able to get breakfast

to the tobacco company, as well as offering its own fun porch for breakfast and lunch, a small gym, and a pool

really wasn't anything except they aren't offering room service due to covid - so that was understandable

was almost attacked by a guest's dog on the pet floor

steven and jason at the bar were super friendly and helpful

the heated pool was 5*s by itself
