lovely pool, spa tub & sauna

from that, the water was not proper, there was no explanation on how to get it started, snd the spa pool urgently

the lobby bar area and pool

no restaurant, no bar and no room service

wifi connection was great

the architectural of building perfect size of pool amazing spa and comfortable

spa and massage treatment was divine

the staff managed it well by allowing me to use the spa since i had made a booking for a service

beautiful setting. wonderful service. spa is fantastic. would love to stay again.

the pool is great and spa service is also good quality, very expensive, but good

this is a very small hotel with no grounds and no public spaces whatsoever

a big gym located in hotel, but there are gyms walking distance that you can get day passes for

bar area needs to be bigger :) wonderful view limited space unless you go outside but it was too

clean hotel with a good gym and beautiful pool on the rooftop

you need to hide this guy in the laundry room

mattress was exceptionally soft. loved big balcony. spa was wonderful.

the restaurant wasn't serving the benedict eggs at breakfast for which ritz is famous for

the pool guy leon who was more like a hotel host, his knowledge of the area is amazing

good bed free wifi super close great restaurants parking included (big plus espically in

full size kitchen appliances were new

great location and in walking distance from many places the staff was very helpful with the valet parking and

the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils, cookware etc

room was nice, clean and the pool and spa was good

we got there at 7pm and the pool/spa and hot tub were already closed

kitchen separate from the room, allowing parents to relax and cook without disturbing the kids if they are

opened the pull out bed which had a fork in it, which may have been from our kids from the stay 3 days prior

basic breakfast was ok , no shuttle airport service , coin laundry is good

the pool area and the location was perfect. best pool and spa area ever!

there were some rowdy people at the pool - both kids and 20somethings

the sofabed is only adequate for smaller kids

the gym was very large

horrible pullout for the kids in that same room

amenities, no spa ,swimming pool very small and not heated

roof of gym broken. we couldn t get in the hotel from the pool door

due to the pandemic, it was no breakfast offered.

we rented a suit for 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids. the beds were a little small for 2 adults.

we requested linens for the hide a bed and waited an hour with kids in pj s waiting to go to bed
