wifi access only in the reception/lobby area

i was on the sixth floor and the ascensor wasn't working, that i had no wifi in their most expensive room, that

need to improve wifi modem location. not reaching properly all hotel places

the wifi was nor stable altogether is was a good

and her staff did an awesome job from making a fire at night to delicious breakfast in the morning

really sweet staff and owner with traditional food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner

the breakfast was good. the grounds were beautiful. hector (staff member) was nice and helpful.

there was not good wifi signal so the phone didn t worked at the room neither the projector to use netflix

no spa or pool

and responsive staff, ok breakfast, great location in the heart of centro, felt safe since need key to enter

more variety for breakfast.

breakfast could have given more food to eat. you leave breakfast still hungry.

size of room , staff , good wifi .. location perfect for me

spa in room, wifi, smart tv, large room size, clean, towel provided, breakfast included, nearly

pool, sauna on 6th floor are nice

the rooftop pool and eating area had fantastic views of the city

not to mention the pool and bar area was pretty nice

the spa and the jacuzzi were inoperable

my husband and son were extremely disappointed about that and the poor wifi signal in the rooms

and confortable lobby with drinks, tv and wifi superb view of the city large room confortable shower ppwerfull

poor wifi, tv is not working. staff doesn't speak english.

plus breakfast was not good, bath was too small

breakfast was good, the staff very warm and inviting and they washed a load of laundry for me

below substandard breakfast .. worst
