wifi access only in the reception/lobby area

i was on the sixth floor and the ascensor wasn't working, that i had no wifi in their most expensive room, that

need to improve wifi modem location. not reaching properly all hotel places

poor wifi, shower disfunctional, no desk in room

the spa and the jacuzzi were inoperable

breakfast was ok location was perfect

great service. staff was very helpful. location is perfect, great breakfast and gym.

the pool wasen t working, bar close early

the hot water took a few minutes to warm up,and the wifi connection when i move from one place to the other

hotel is clearly overpriced: it is very noisy because of bad windows, breakfast is really bad

breakfast was below substandard , cheap motel not worth even half the price charged

plus breakfast was not good, bath was too small

breakfast was good, the staff very warm and inviting and they washed a load of laundry for me

no spa or pool

large rooms with free breakfast

the free breakfast was very delicious and the had plenty of food for everyone

safe was broken my mini bar refrigerator did not work i was pick pocketed while buying food from room service

no pool and when is a family room they should give at least two keys

spa is excellent service
