spa tub

spa (hot tub) was nice and big and warm

guest rooms were somewhat dated, but clean and spacious

spa had issues so maintenance was called

we had a spa tub in our room and one of the rings around the jet wasn't attached and my 4 year old cut her

and my twin teenage daughters got a suite with a spa tub in a separate bedroom

the spa tube was comfortable and the room seemed very clean

the staff were all very helpful, the room was great, the pool and spa were a treat.

the toilet running and pipe noises that came from the spa tube side of the room

the spa tub in my room and the complementary breakfast and the pillows

kitchen in room wasn t stocked with plates, silverware or napkins

during games and humpday, shower flow too constricted, breakfast 6-9 even on weekends, freezer / kitchen only

it also had a very nice laundry area

was on a travel assignment for work and one of the reasons i chose this hotel was because it had laundry facility

was perfect for me right near the interstate, with several restaurant options right in the parking lot and across

we had a great vacation, the hotel has a wonderful spa complex! we are satisfied, thank you!

the sauna or spa wasn't open but it was barely an inconvenience if one at all

the pool and spa were also very nice

it was so amazing having basically a spa at our fingertips- great hot tub, nice sauna option, we even sat in

parking was convenient. everything looked nice and clean

close to everything but free parking and just out of the busy downtown city

gym and pool areas are very nice as

also their bar resturaunt has delicious breakfast and the best blueberry mojito in the area

i was sad the pool was closed.

if we were able to stay longer and the pool and spa were open!

rooftop spa area

did not have detailed information about overnight parking; when i called ahead to ask about local spa options,

everything, our favorite part was the spa pool at night looking over the city

the drink menus are different from the rooftop bar to the restaurant

the kids not being attended to by adults.

asked two different staff about their pet policy and was told it was completely refundable charge

no restaurant over the weekend ,did not realize it was $25/day for our pet

the bar was very nice, the lobby was great, and the staff was top notch

lots of kids

spa and swimming pool was closed for renovation

loading area could be bigger and the large tubs should be jet tub or spa upgrades for king room or suite also

health club/spa closed at 5p on sat, so no access to pool or workout room

the spa bath was the highlight

the pool and spa were closed until fall
