didn t like that the pool was not open i didn t like that the gym room was full of mold so i couldn t

nice comfortable beds! ac works well. quiet room. breakfast included with room rate.

pool was freeeeezing but other than that it was good

the staff was friendly. i expected a continental breakfast, but it was a hot breakfast.

parking lot is small and limited

i thought i booked a spa room and found out it was only a garden tub, however, they were happy to help

the spa tub and the bed was very comfortable

loved the spa tub, that was definitely a must have for our trip

the laundry dry being occupied i made a call and that was problem was solved

laundry machines washer and dryer not working

in the inner courtyard which was still pretty cool because it was close to the garden pool spa and sauna area

the spa was closed, but the pool inside was open.

room service forgot to bring utensils but they came right back with them so food didn't get too

i didn't get the wifi password

they also had room service for my dinner, and i had a wonderful steak
