suggset to improve the spa place

there s a spa that comes to you

very big pool. airport nearby. everything in excellent state

hotel is perfect for kids, we went with our 14 month old daughter who loved splashing in the pool and playing

breakfast was delicious

the gym and spa are good, too

thankfully my other half speaks spanish (argentine) but they sometimes struggled to understand his accent

the suite was spacious and great facilities

cleaning of kitchen not included

the only other issue was the breakfast not having bacon (again very minor issue)

desk -spa staff -no air conditioning in gym - did not like the food -everyone just seemed angry and

hotel is well located, just next to the beach and with lots of pools and common areas, parking, gym, etc

buffet breakfast and fruits were very good

breakfast is nice but limited in selection compared with similar resorts

rooftop bar was closed when we stayed which was a little annoying as we were told it opens at 18

good option, close to the beach (1 block), with a pool and very nice shaded areas

also, the breakfast did not have a great selection of choices and the quality of offerings left a lot to

my only complaint was breakfast which involved very cold eggs

property needs maintenance and remodeling some staff need training the staff in the breakfast buffet need training

the breakfast too poor and not enough variety.

the spa was cheap and dont expect the upscale treatment

spa was also nice and with relaxing massage at a reasonable price

kids loved the waterslide and pool

children and young people, noticed a lot of seniors like me with not much to do but hit the bar or the beach

it has private parking and direct access to the beach

property is nice, the beach is clean, the swimming pool is very nice, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and

just a bit twisty the way from the building to the main swimming pool

was a reenergising stop in our trip because of: great facilities nice pool well equipped gym spa spacious and

system they have for the pool towels is a bit complicated

the parking lot is safely guarded but mostly dark and unsafe to drive in and move up and down the ramps

when on vacation no one wants to deal with maintenance issues or incorrect pricing the laundry is not practical

it was located on the 3rd floor right be a gorgeous pool but extremely loud

some things for cleaning the kitchen should be left for the guests

get in contact with before your arrival so i couldnt set up any arrangements or book any of the spa treatments

also the bar seemed to close too early at 11:00

the pool was good for the kids

we stayed in had two bedrooms each with private bathroom, a balconly with an excelent sea view, kitchen dinning

breakfast needs to improve; too many fried food and no cream for coffee

the beauty room and the spa still not operational, the food could be better

no cribs available, no baby highchairs for dinning, no fridge in rooms, no kids zone

at times, certain areas felt busy during peak hours, especially around breakfast or the pool, but that s

cold, and the other swimming pole on the top floor is for adults only so no good for family with kids

terrace rooftop bar and pool was an excellent spot to hang, and the bartender was fantastic
