breakfast was good..staff super friendly and room exceptionally clean! pool and spa awesome!

spa facilities were good although i expected it to be slightly bigger

access to the spa was complicated, as it's not part of the hotel, it had a complicated way of booking/using

superior hotel, close to the beach, beautiful large rooms, noise elimination, pool, spa - all excellent

the location is amazing. the spa and massage was very good.

confusion around the spa and leisure booking procedure meant we missed our possibility of using the spa

spa looked bit shoddy and children where let in - making it a playground and not a relaxing place

facilities were a little ragged, like the pool/billar tables, and the spa is located in a different building

being full board certain things were extra such as the indoor pool which they'd situated in the spa area

understand this embraced other spa facilities but a more structured payment system could be considered for

spa could be more extensive and certain facilities were not available at the time.

i liked everything. the spa was smaller than expected but the saunas and bubbel pool were good.

hotel has entertainment for all ages, kids club looks like fun & the reps super attentive with the children

i would say the one thing which was lacking was the spa facilities and you should be able to go for longer than

hydro spa was poor. parking was very expensive.
