the place is beautiful the pool was at the perfect temperature

of the staff from the front desk, waiters, housekeeping and spa personnel were very welcoming

i'd say mia bacalar luxury resort and spa is a high end wannabe, and definitely not worth the price

in fact the place is not finished as it is still under construction: the fitness center and spa are currently

spa was understaffed but after some back and forth, we were able to work things out.
