there wasnt enough staff around pool and beach and they were s bit slow and not service oriented
us at the airport, to the front desk and concierge helping with our plans, and the staff at kids for all seasons
the breakfast was great but pricey and the beds and pillows were the best part about the hotel

spa is excellent, wish they had couples hot tub
we thought we were booking a relaxing wellness week, but the spa opened late and closed early, so if you have
only visited the spa once in 6 days because it closed so early, before sunset, but it was lovely
- the food in the restaurant was ok - the spa looked great but i was so annoyed by having to pay for a cabana
30pm, and they choose to close the spa and gym at 6pm, with nothing open around it for miles, forced to sit in
