the building itself is gorgeous and the sauna spa area is fab .

hammam/spa was small but perfectly formed

/ dirty in places 10 euro charge for parking a motorbike a bit much given it takes up much less space than a

big plus for accepting pet's

the building itself was stylish and comfortable with a fussball table in the foyer to keep the kids entertained

would have liked a wider range of things available via room service

as it is placed on the floor in an easel type of structure, thus had to constantly remind the kids to stay away

no food available but bar open though pay at reception was a bit odd

was perfect, but i would have like a more extensive room service offer (snacks in the menu for

everything, the room, location, highly recommending this hotel, great for kids also.

spacious clean room, great breakfast and super accomodating to my baby and

i can see it could be a problem for some shorties, but no-one in my party complained, including kids

but no tonic or lemonade a kettle, tea, coffee in the room would be a huge plus especially as no room service,

there is also a spa service in the hotel

spa availability could be longer in comparison with the price (45 euro for 45 minutes).

and quiet location near the city centre (15 minutes walk but bus-station very nearby), private spa facilities

room was very clean and comfortable the small spa room was great after a long journey and the staff were friendly

spa was wonderful and worth the small cost the staff is very kind and professional the location was

the food bar was great as the accommodated diet requirements

my laundry with staff and confirmed it would be clean within 36 hours

centre e near the castle nice hotel and room very good breakfast they have free snacks, sauna, gym, and there

wifi is free but not password-protected, hence not secure

air con didn t work properly, not much in mini bar just water

the bar could have been better stocked

the bar and restaurant was over priced; there were also paper cups in the room for hot drinks

room was very clean breakfast was so good

overnight, close to the airport, taxi will take 15 min and 30 euro great breakfast, free for the kids

was not very good, staff was not very experienced, many did not speak english, bar often unattended

on-site spa would be the icing on the cake but i appreciate that there is only so much that one can achieve

the visual appeal of the building which is great is getting the rating rather then things like a spa or pool

a larger spa area with a hot tub would have been wonderful!

i missed not having a spa on site

there is a thermo spa across the road which is really good and you can book via the hotel
