loved the fireplace and the little patio

parking was decent but would likely have had an issue if i arrived later in the evening

grounds are lovely and each room looks out onto a courtyard area with beautiful plantings and a pool

closet in the room was also spacious and the common areas (pool and games) looked lovely

the pool/spa was relaxing, not crowded

we are greeted with some sort of unique soaps and shampoos which can be kind of fun for a mini-spa like treat

the kids end up sleeping in the room, those queen beds were comfortable enough for them and we slept in

some day it would be nice if the lodge would build a new, world class pool area with adjacent spa facilities,

i wish there was a spa in the pool area or the room tubs to be a bit bigger.
