the other superior bungalows are not as pretty, but are near the parking and i think they would be quieter

bar & restaurant didn't open till 20:00 which is usual for spain

cocktail bar needed more relaxed seating

due to the covid restrictions we could not use the spa or the gym

bar man in the evening was friendly too

smell in the corridors poor wifi no phone list in room to connect front office or house keeping

breakfast could have been better but was ok.

a pity, for a 4 star hotel at least some fitness/spa amenities should be available

i also called to ask if there was a laundry nearby and the lady that answered said she would call back but she

early check in was allowed which was a big bonus as we had a very early morning start

area was too small and basic and there was no direct access to spa pool area in basement without having to walk

room, pool, clean , 5 minutes drive to airport, free transport to airport up from 6hr, very nice

rooms -no kettle, -creepy bathtub design, designed for a nice fall after shower -spa etc

were not allowed to eat our own food by the pool whereas others were having their beer and smoking by and around

the pool area was great for relaxing and the location was ideal for exploring valencia

all good, the gym not so big but no people there...

supper was quite a late start at 8:30pm local time, which did not go down well with young kids not used to this
