restaurant & spa were surprisingly closed the day we stayed

we would like to come back when the pool is open and take in the spa later in the year

and quiet, the spa experience was lovely

just mentioned no spa services

liked the ambiance, its quiet atmosphere, and the proximity of the room to the spa and in-house restaurants

staff was so nice , the hotel was so clean, loved the pool & hot tub , bed and room was so comfy , & location

great breakfast. amazing staff. room was very clean and nice

we got to the hotel we found out the elevators and wifi was down and if you have verizon you have no service

the 1st day, was great - they have their own kitchen, & cook several items themselves, instead of having it

the swimming pool being closed

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

pool area was not properly cleaned when we elected to use the 45' pool in july 4.

bar was very busy, understaffed and the bartenders were somewhat rude initially

mall, easy parking and nice pool
