the spa and pool area closes at 8pm which was inconvenient since we were taking tours and arrived back

the nail spa in that building was expensive and ladies worked slow

comfortable beds spa massages and facial were amazing!

the swimming pool needs a bit of cleaning.

our room was very comfortable, the facilities we used - pool, gym - were good

is by the corner, taxi is available all the time, nice coffee-shop is inside, and the beautiful spa zone

also the spa was not available but i understand it was being renovated

small breakfast buffet. dirty pool and spa area.

the spa and gym were closed for renovations during our stay and there seemed to be maintenance work

wifi was very slow

spa was unfortunately closed, which is understandable with the current sanitary measures in the

i had an amazing massage at the spa which was cute

the pool was nice, but the spa pool would have been nicer if it was heated

free breakfast not included in hotel stay and spa not opened for our stay

parking lot is next to the hotel with 24-hours security

the buffet breakfast was okay, not large and not many items.

i also got room service a couple nights for dinner and was blown away how much better it was then at the hotel

the black bracelet rule at the sexy pool but could drink upstairs

the worker in the spa was super rude

of things , food terrible,spa terrible ( rubbing with oil they call massage)

costs in the spa and gift shop were astronomical

spa prices are a bit expensive it's kind of funny that i got a coupon for 20% off on the final day

gym, saunas and jacuzzi are well done, spa is great, take some time to enjoy the relaxation

the spa services we wonderful, luis and maritza were amazing.

beach, good breakfast, decent buffet, bartenders and waiters friendly

and guest services but no one answers the phone and the app that is advertised everywhere has no room service

all employee waiters cooks hostess bar attendants barista maids were incredible friendly polite

spa is ok, sauna, steam room, pretty good swedish massage

the room had a spa and we turned it on but green and black water started to come out of the filters

for a dinner but when you come 2min latter from time which is attached to reserve there is no space any more

also, when having conversations or doing activities like the spa area, staff talk about the guests in spanish

the vibe at the pool is relaxing and luxurious with an amazing view of the ocean

property was beautiful and i liked the option of staying at the pool or going down to the beach
