i liked the view from the window, the architecture of the hotel, the delicious breakfasts, the spa and the pool

the room was spacious and well-equipped with a nice bed

disappointed that the indoor pool was drained and spa closed for a week - no forewarning of this - would have

very clean! the pool was really nice

levante bungalows are new, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, own parking space, and own barbeque

parking next to chalet

water slides as it was raining & water was to cold - interesting small farm for kids - nice mini golf for families

the site itself was family oriented with a pool and great play zone for the kids

staff are not very nice at reception since we came an hour early and kids were hungry so started eating some

the hotel s pool is a great feature, along with the gym and even a padel court

cocktail bar needed more relaxed seating

swimming pool was available in january covered with greenhouse. great warm water.

ample free parking

due to the covid restrictions we could not use the spa or the gym

perfect place to stay,close to the airport excellent breakfast. bonaire within walking range.

there's also a small pool and gym, which are nice extras

breakfast was excellent and had plenty local produce , freshly squeezed oranges a choice of fruit ,

a pity, for a 4 star hotel at least some fitness/spa amenities should be available

the only real issue is the gym equipment

- fix the phone at the room 304 please, it does not function - sauna and gym were not working, even with

the gym is very small and has very old equipment.

fixing was good, they arranged my kids stuffed toys nicely on the bed

gym and spa facilities are a little small and without proper changing rooms, but nonetheless

the spa area was a little underwhelming and the running machines weren t working.

area was too small and basic and there was no direct access to spa pool area in basement without having to walk

the spa facilities were dreadful

transport - half an hour to the old center or an hour to the airport (by metro) - the pool and spa are not very

rooms -no kettle, -creepy bathtub design, designed for a nice fall after shower -spa etc

breakfast can be noisy, too many kids and families about.

swimming pool was very small..but the area was comfortable.we could stay there relax.

were not allowed to eat our own food by the pool whereas others were having their beer and smoking by and around

needed to be a bit more helpful in spa reception.

the spa was amazing. the breakfast was very good. the location was perfect.

wifi connection wasn't as good as i thought it would be.

the room was very clean. wifi easy to use. breakfast was plentiful and well organized.

the gym was extremely small and you had to make an appointment to enter.

if you need laundry, there are many around, just few minutes walk

spa wasn't working and swimming tiny.

spa is only for one person, window was broken, the breakfast employee was rude and the breakfast

the smell when you first come in, and the facilities like the pool and spa and basic room

poor window views pool and spa are poor, no space and little sun bathing possible no english spoken channels

the spa area needs some refurbishing.

expect more from the melia brand, bit dated and spa pool falling apart.

gym/spa was closed for 2 days external building work didn't allow us to sit outside for two days

satyed only 1 night and didn't use any of the awesome facilities such as the gym and spa on the deck

the beach was a bit further away but taxi around the corner so not a problem no spa on sight but was

hotel, 4 stars, great fast wifi, which was no need to reconnect each time when you switch on, ideal location

gym could be a little better.

noise, you need earplugs, gym was not open eggs at breakfast were really tasteless and

great spa at the hotel

i loved the breakfast, the bed was really comfortable. the spa was lush

first rate spa and good restaurant if you don't feel like going out

the spa pool advertised is not included - have to pay separately
