the spa was great

the wifi connection regularly signed me out across my two-day stay which was but a minor inconvenience

not enough front parking

kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. we all enjoyed the breakfast.

only concern is they are pet friendly but i couldn t find a designated area for pottying the dogs

really nothing i'd complain about just wish they still had a hot tub because pool was super

full kitchen looked very nice and would have been great if we were staying more than one night

pool was closed

hotel was full of kids screaming, knocking on doors . no parental or adult supervision

the staff was understanding and helpful wish they had room service.

to everything you really need, facilities were clean, laundry room available & front desk was helpful

garbage everywhere around the parking lot

quiet location with free parking

the hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and bar within walking distance.

water in the shower was not very hot at all to the point my kids wouldn't take a shower because the water was

kids running up and down the hallway for 2 hours last night.

there was not laundry or working ice machines on all levels

location and cleanliness. the gym was also in very good shape.

the parking lot was like driving through a mine field

tried to let kids swim a little after 11 and turning in room key

handicap parking could have had more spots

so be aware of this if you have kids

the coffee in the rooms wasn't very good. the pool was crowded with kids who had no adult.

are no security cameras outside to cover the parking area

price was good, pool was fun and great for the kids
