construction going on floors above your room extremely noisy. pool areas was very cold
is no information in the room re: restaurant, room service, etc
this was a staycation for us, and my kids were very disappointed
no sanitary wipes or cups in the gym
dirty windows everywhere, especially the entry, revolving door and off of the bar area

absurdly loud kids at the pool with rude parents who did nothing
check in, pet friendly, a beautiful view and a convenient location after a long day on the road
the gym and the pool was closed during my stay. i wasn t counting on that.
the gym was closed, although being closed was not listed on the website there was no coffee or bottled

was a huge group of kids rough housing in the pool for hours
breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant and attentive, too
vicinity was very clean the breakfast was amazing if i had to complain it would only be that the price wasn't
pool was great for the kids and the hot tub perfect for us older folks
keep that in mind if you have kids

pool and spa are under renovation i specifically picked a hotel with these amenities and they weren't
pool,spa needs maintenance black mole in ventilation system in pool area
there was a lot of standing water in the pool area, and the spa timer was not working.
no water included, no wifi before booked hotel..
restaurant charges were a little high. wished there was an outdoor pool.

the room just because i had a pet i feel like i got the worst room
lot of facilities were out of order including the laundry room and a door to come in from parking lot i was
that the laundry room closes should be open 24/7 !
