the pool was dirty and the body fluid clean up kit was open and used

we both enjoyed the bar and coffee area

it was clean and had a nice bar lounge area.

and last time staying there … the room wasn’t cleaned right didn’t get any sleep do to kids running up

price could have been better. very disappointed the whirlpool spa was closed

to some maintenance the swimming pool and spa were cold

lots of parking, mall is 5 min away

also enjoyed the chef cooking breakfast in the morning nice touch

breakfast was awesome. love the embassy suites!!

the on/off knob fell off the spa tub

we found random tape come out in our spa tub.

said there was a pool/spa with a hot tub

to update the spa tubs or put the price down

mold in bathroom. spa not working. junk all over outside

no room service, no indoor smoke area, no breakfast, tv have to pay $19

it smelled like wet pups, there was dirty socks n the sofa bed, kids was running knocking on the door and

there were pet waste bags available, and plenty of trash cans

isn t until 11, but room service comes through slamming doors as their cleaning and banging on yours to see

kids shouldn't play football in the pool. when you are trying to swim relax.

spa suite is weird

that's something my friend and i always get,, but it was already almost full with the mini bar items

the room service breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly

the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace in the room made the room more cozy
