confusing room layout. spa not functional

the covid days they had breakfast bar (limited) and the pool and sauna and exercise rooms were open

breakfast was great, especially having 2 kids and 2 adults, we all wanted something different and we had plenty

a struggle to get on their wifi

breakfasts were well stocked and a good variety of items

it also had a very good breakfast buffet

spa was out of order

the pool/spa really needed to be resurfaced but were clean and useable.

the manager was the best!! pool & spa great.

pool and spa was a decent size where you didn t feel crowded

the spa was closed for maintenance & we were really looking forward to using it.

booked this hotel primarily because of the pool and hot tub/spa as well as location

i paid top price for a property with amenities only to find that pool/spa were out of order

was perfect, in room spa amazing, 2 room suite excellent

cleaning staff holding up the elevator as she tried to untangle her cleaning supply cart and laundry hamper

not to mention the pool/sauna/hot tub and even comfy laundry room
