inop spa in the swimming pool area!

the soaps and towels in the bathroom were truly spa quality, thick towels, everything top notch

we spent 1-2 hours at the pool and another parent called the desk to inform them we needed towels

there were many flying insects in the kitchen which made it appear unsanitary.

the laundry area was clean, but it would have been much nicer to have had a vending machine in there

the pool and the fitness center were over the top, too

the gym equipment didn't work, people were urinating in the parking near the main entrance

i didn t even stay because they tried to charge me a $150 pet fee! the room itself was $152

no pool '' but there is a laundry and gym. continental breakfast times change on friday

the $150 pet fee that was not disclosed until i arrived. got a handicap room, not lush at all.

parking was free as well as wifi

was plenty of room for the kids to stretch out and relax and the breakfast was good and hot
