spa and pool area

the kids loved the pool area especially,very clean too

they even had a nice little bar with a little bit of food for the menu to fill us up after a long day

depending on time of day it took a bit to get out of parking lot

didn t like strangers being able to hang out in the lobby and parking lot with the front desk people

we didn't like that it didn't have a pool

the breakfast was ok i just thought there would be more of a selection.

site states it has an outdoor pool which doesn't exist

even the outside parking lot and all was clean

parking was limited and on a busy street to get out of.

it looked as though housekeeping missed some areas of the carpet when they vacuumed

parking, good array of nearby restaurants and gas stations

location was ok, large sofa, wifi, tv, plenty of electrical outlets.

laundry room table was very

i do think it should be included in description that not even so much as a sack breakfast is included

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

our kids particularly liked the interactive exhibit by the elevators

the facilities were not great, the gym was so extremely dirty

great breakfast one morning on the way out, with great service

the room was fabulous, but the breakfast

pool was very nice

room service beating on my door 2 hours before check out.

kids enjoyed the indoor pool

manager of the front check in was absolutely amazing to me and my kids i wish i remem his name, the manager from

the staff was quick to respond, but the kitchen was very slow
