couldn t use the excellent spa facilities during my stay due to circumstances

the spa there were no locks on the lockers we were told we had to bring our own padlock and key

think the cost to use the spa should of been included in the price not extra

country estate with nice spa facilities and great golf course

friendly staff, clean rooms, great facilities in the room and the pool/spa was excellent

the facilities in the gym are good, the bar, restaurant and spa were excellent

spa and wellness facilities very good , pleasant lad on reception there explained procedure, very

helpful staff and enjoyed the pool, spa and steam room/sauna facilities

didn t get to use the spa facilities but definitely will upon my return

first time using the spa as we have been before but it s a must when we stay again

fact that we were in a lockdown ,the hotel exceeded our expectations from check in to using spa and eating 10

excellent services all inclusive and especially the pool and spa and finally free kids dinner.

beds very comfortable, very peaceful room with no traffic noise (149), shower was fabulous, spa was amazing,

curtains in some of the rooms could do with a wash, the spa is in need of a refresh and a good

we used the spa and although there was a queue for the jacuzzi and the swimming pool was a bit on the cold side

leaving and making sure we had everything my husband checked under the bed to find lots of rose petals from the
