great friendly staff , excellent location for the hospital , spa was great

i stayed in the cosy room and had no wifi
there were a couple of issues with our breakfast (room service), but these things happen and the matter was
the wifi connection. and some arogant and unprofessioal staff.

the swimming pool was beautifully clean and felt very 'spa like'
the water pressure in the spa showers was poor.

everything was ok, i didn t check the spa i didn t have time
the bed was super comfy and the staff were so friendly. pool and spa were amazing.
the pool/spa could be alot warmer. thats the only issue we find
we enjoyed the swimming and spa facilities as well as the rooftop bar

the staff were amazing and we loved the spa and the facilities on site
the staff, the spa and the skewd restaurant
our massages and the spa as a whole were a definite highlight
around as its so big doesnt seem to be an easy way to exit from the spa to the reception, but this is a minor
beautiful grounds and wonderful service the spa was fantastic
