pool not available until noon no spa due to refurbishment

the pool is great

the pool area was very nice with easy access to the bar for cold water (it was 42c so water was important)

huge tv with all the channels, wifi, ac, bar and fantastic swimming pool

excellent wifi which makes a refreshing change

incredible building, super clean, hot water, lift, parking, bath and shower, tv everything anyone could need

at the hotel because we had read a number of negative reviews, but we did take tapas in the bar and these were

nice bar and tapas space

weren t impressed by the plastic beer glasses floating in the pool, but that is the fault of the guests, not

conveniently located to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public laundry, metro and old town with it s

had to drag all our luggage and two tired kids all the way around the building to get to reception

from cleaning the room, no extras like helping with luggage or room service is offered at this place

gym good but in basement and was warm as aircon locked at 24 degrees

we love the gym and sauna especially

spa and breakfast were amazing too and the staff were helpful

suite with city view was superb incredible views huge space across two rooms lovely spa bath

looked understaffed. spa room temp. was too hot.

a five star hotel i would have expected a swimming pool, there was only a spa where you can set and relax but

use of the spa should be included in the price instead of being an extra 18 euro per person per hour, and that

it was like being in a bar while we were laying in bed

our room was extremely comfortable with a massive bathroom with all facilities including a spa bath

the bathroom was exceptionally nice and included both a shower, jacuzzi tub, and lots of counter space

they helped us find a laundry place and it worked out well

we loved the idea of the honesty bar and enjoyed exploring the different rooms and areas of the hotel

of all it s a very big hotel, actually it s like a resort ( gardens, spa , saunas, massage ) with spacious

using this hotel and it is currently having some work done to maintain the excellent standard spa breakfast is

laundry service very expensive, no facility to hand washing on balcony

also plenty of outdoor space for kids to play

from check in to check out it was the flawless and we use the spa services as well as the gym and enjoy the

staff were very friendly, clean room, spa was amazing. massages were great too.

we took advantage of the small spa pool and my sister in law had a great massage

to the fabulous location and gorgeous reprieve on the roof terrace with the pool and clarins spa (and clarins

we would have preferred to be able to use the spa facilities without having to book

spa was very small should be included in hotel price not 25 euros extra each

had massages that we thought would be private, but there was someone else in the spa swimming around while we

spa accessible with kids which is not always the case in hotels

access to a pool and bar on the top floor overlooking the cathedral, then having a 1 hour private spa session

the pool and spa at the hotel definitely cant be missed if you stay here
