pool area needed maintenance and better loungers
the gym is very clean
i didn't use the wifi or the breakfast as i was at a conference
free parking. acceptable $25 hold on my card. and a cookie!
about this hotel resort was great with the staff, food and even gas laundry service to wash your own cloths

would have liked a spa onsite and i m curious about my bill being $167 and the charge to my card was $199
really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities
pool was overcrowded by the barbershop competition & my kids couldn't enjoy the pool
place to stay with kids and family
i would suggest upgrading the pool/kids pool and hot tub

and spa were both warm however both needed cleaning with a considerable quantity of leaves in the water
your dryer in the facilities didn't work. couldn't do any laundry. bummed us out.

the gym and pool were clean
no time to jump on the pool
elevators were slow. gym was a little poor.
and quick to book, our flight had canceled, shuttle was prompt

extremely bad odor when ac fan off and smelled like gym locker in bathroom without fan
breakfast, which is not to miss, clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows
no one clean my room for tome came til leave not clean laundry no trash thrown out
the pool claims it is heated but the water was freezing
advertised this as pet friendly, but definitely is not for 1 night
