spa area unclean and some areas not functioning however refunded fully

only feedback would be to allow residents to use the spa without paying an additional fee

we visited the spa and had a great meal in the evening

were extremely helpful, the spa was a nice treat in the middle of a lot of driving, the beds were super comfortable

our fault that we never have time to try the spa and gym facilities so we cannot comment on these but through

one guy only working the bar & taking and serving food orders

wifi i have ever experienced fir a 4 star hotel they need to do something about it do not use the

location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the old town and just a few minutes from cafes, bars and site

reviews complained about the wifi but we found it did work well as long as you used the right login which we

basement spa was a great little retreat after a long day walking the little lanes of the old town

the spa girls were awesome as was the spa

the spa is a nice relaxing part of the hotel that i think makes a reservation at pompaelo worth it

spa access needs to be booked, not included as standard. otherwise a 30 extra for day access.

the spa was open but due to the pandemic had to be booked in advance for solo use, quite nice really as

schedule yourself for the spa and a massage to get a full restart for the next adventure on the camino

classy hotel with spa which nevertheless managed not to feel at all exclusive

staff, contemporary minimalistic luxury interior, relaxing atmosphere, super comfortable bed, spa area and very

very clean and car parking.
