the spa tub leaked at the how water faucet and the jets did not function properly

kids playing games (hockey) in hall late at night and early in mornings. small pillows.

the sound in the hall and in the parking lot was very loud

some reason i had trouble connecting to the wifi

is no dedicated truck parking for tractor trailers

parking lot was in rough shape and tried going to 2 different icemakers for ice, but they were both

room service requested at desk is a total joke; noisy hallways; bathroom door is a total joke: (1)

we wasn t able too eat breakfast or the pool wasn t opened do you covid-19

we ordered room service and it was $61 for 2 hamburgers/fries and 1 club sandwich/fries

customer service the pool the exercise room i loveeee seeing my kids happy in the pool our 2nd time

wifi was not available the entire stay, the manager was nonchalant about both remote issue and wifi

my first room was dirty looking , it looked like a motel i had to walk through the employee laundry area

also, it was a hs homecoming event happening and kids had hotel rooms with no adult supervision

dirty, bed hard, no help with my issues connecting to wifi

the young lady working the bar inside the hotels restaurant also displayed great customer service

beautiful atmosphere. pool was great

comfy beds, clean, ample free parking.

staff was great and accomodated us on early check in and late check out

........very confusing trying to get through new road construction to facility parking

the food in the restaurant was exceptional and our room service breakfast was on time and just right
