spa was a little busy and people did not move out the hot tub for over 45 minutes

only thing i would not change but add , is a spa , pool area ,, i believe the hotel is in the process of having

number and our name as well as our preferences for meals, they were in the process of building a spa so there

spa not open yet. some public toilet facilities were in poor repair.

nothing- well maybe a spa and swimming pool would have been the icing on the cake.

having the use of the swimming pool,sauna,spa and steam room a bonus

the sofa for 2 kids aged 12 and 15 was small.

in time was not until 3pm, i had emailed prior to arriving to try and arrange an early check in and the response

super nice and attentive staff. kids even got a little surprise welcome gift! nice breakfast!

staff were friendly especially the bar maid with long dark hair (sorry i never remember names)

i like it had a kids area for my kids kept them entertained while we sat and had something to eat

very nice gym and spa in the basement

parking and spa and room very spacious and very good service if need anything at any time

enjoyed the whole experience, from the lovely room, to the spa , we could not fault anything
