spa and pool area

the kids loved the pool area especially,very clean too

they even had a nice little bar with a little bit of food for the menu to fill us up after a long day

depending on time of day it took a bit to get out of parking lot

didn t like strangers being able to hang out in the lobby and parking lot with the front desk people

we didn't like that it didn't have a pool

the breakfast was ok i just thought there would be more of a selection.

site states it has an outdoor pool which doesn't exist

even the outside parking lot and all was clean

parking was limited and on a busy street to get out of.

cost of parking very expensive pool area not maintained well through the

kids enjoyed the indoor pool

com didn t put the late check out on our booking and she changed our checkout time to 2 with no extra charge

light switch - each lamp needs to be turned on/off separately, noise at night probably from laundry / washing

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

like a swimming pool and extensive workout gym facilities, but the ambiance and food make this my first choice

service was down, restaurant was full of pictures of gay men, did not provide room service for breakfast as

the breakfast was lame. offer something healthy along with pastries! my wife is diabetic.
