i wanted to take the chance to visit the spa , however we just ran out of time

while the spa facilities were nice, only the sauna out of three features were working.

staff were wonderful, but the facilities let this hotel down, nothing in the spa was working

liked the closeness to the wall city and casino.

the bar was limited with a few bottles

breakfast was excellent and staff were very nice

breakfast is good in lobby with a good view to the sea

breakfast was a little worse with a regular supermarket chain croissant and chocolate bun

nordic spa was a bonus

big room very close to ferry port, clean, spa bath

room was lovely with fantastic spa bath

property was wonderfully quirky and the sauna and spa was exactly what we needed after running a marathon

much atmosphere in the bar/night area staff didn t tell you about the spa facility at check in no restaurants

spa centre was the best that i have seen in a hotel

comfortable beds and the rooms are clean. the spa is an added bonus.

on the waterfront, gorgeous views of the sea, particularly from the bar and restaurant

there was no aircon so it was hot and really uncomfortable to sleep at night with kids...

possibly because, the local wireless wifi connection was being problematic several of the staff offered willing

no bar area.

hotel, spa, and dining are exceptional

the spa and pool were amazing. the quality of the furniture and the bed were terrific.

many of the facilities shown on the images are only available if you pay for a spa treatment

jacuzzi was out of order and extra 34 euros to use the spa so just used the indoor pool which was fine

only 2 staff at the spa - one apparently got injured, my treatments were cancelled

also, we loved having parking lot, even though we did not use the sauna, but it looked great

pool area is good, lots of parking, new hotel area is in great condition

was hoping to swim but unfortunately it didn t have a rail to help you walk into pool and as i have a disability
