the wifi worked perfectly

my only problem was the shower was not forceful enough. the breakfast bar i didnt like the eggs.

thought the breakfast was marginal at best ended going to dunkin doughnuts next day.

we checked in last and it took almost an hour to get bedding we we could put our kids to bed

was not expecting a full size kitchen, and it was nice eating dinner at the table

expensive parking, no microwave, no spa or hot tub. kind rooms lack harbor view

my kids love the stay

don t like that you have to pay for parking on the daily and pay for breakfast but overall everything was

also i ordered room service and they forgot one of my items, charged me for it, and never brought it to me

the gym is an excellent hotel gym. the breakfast buffet was great and the service was great.

also on the same floor and route to the pool so a lot of noisy kids going up and down the corridor

was denied food at the bistro as we watched other guests just receive their meals and was told kitchen was closed

breakfast was standard but it fit what my wife and i needed

- opening my wine bottle, helping us with nearby restaurants, being very relaxed with all the kids in our group

the bar and how big the hotel was lots of space

decided to go to the spa and the hot tub was no working

and spa/no pool towels

i was especially pleased with the quality and variety of breakfast choices as most hotels i've stayed at so

the indoor pool, pet friendly, and location

room service has been temporarily discontinued due to covid

spa is wonderful. staff are amazing .

overall stay and property was great, only 2 problems i have is the price of dinner and your wifi i never got a

location and mostly clean. huge room , bar staff super nice

was filled with kids from what looked to be a party

the pool is not suitable for kids. there is no shallow end.

the website advertised a swimming pool but didn't make it clear it was a partnership with a spa, the directions

only when i checked out tge next day, it was stated that's the floor for people with pets

small tube of lotion and bar of soap

too much noise from people passing in the corridor going to the pool and also can hear kids screaming

put me and my guests out, i had little kids that was under the age 8 with me

everything, specially the spa and the restaurant bygone.

the spa is excellent.

spa is too expensive for the offered services

family and i was so happy and excited the spa and pool was awesome

the breakfast was great. they offered room service

were told when we checked in that the pool was by reservation only, for 1 hour each, which sounded great

they had a free shuttle which was extremely convenient

very good very clans the breakfast tables people who serve keep it neat

renovations which you expect some things to be out of place but when you drive through the parking lot when you

no parking at the facility visible cockroaches in the room staff did not make the pillows/bed mold on

room service once every other day and sometimes more if you need anything you need to go down to

didn't work and we had to ask for a remote after checking on as there wasn't one in the room, wifi was intermittent

but what i loved most was the breakfast

spa was out of order. i came to get in the spa.

the pool and spa was clean and relaxing. breakfast was good. the room was great!

there was no water available in the gym; there was no towels provided while working out

loved everything wish they had room service

the pool was closed and the ac was not working in the lobby for staff
