spa was ok, jacuzzi is still ooo and i would love to be announced (making appointment in advance)

the spa has good facilities

all the spa services were booked out for the month and it would of been nice to be notified in advance to

the location was brilliant, staff very helpful,swimming pool a bonus really enjoyed our stay

no room service.

business class upgrade included thermal spa passes and daily newspapers and water

only concern was there a camera in the spa in front of the open showers

room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable the thermal suite was fabulous i spent two hours here and

the spa bath tub was faulty

we didn't use the spa but it looked very nice and would definitely come back

the spa / gym area is small but perfectly adequate - i really enjoyed my visit

pool and spa facilities were very good and the pool attendant was really helpful

spa suite requires updating and the pool was cloudy looking so didn t go in otherwise was

comfortable, warm and welcoming. quiet with a nice atmosphere. staff all lovely. spa is nice.

from booking in to the helpfulness of the reception staff, the room and grounds, the food and spa was just

setting close to town nice spa got upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing
